Barbara Brennan's school of energy healing has an excellent program yet it doesn't have the depth I found in Qi Gong in terms of understanding and working with energy for self-healing. It also doesn't teach the art of accessing and utilizing the tremendous inner power we have. It is theoretically possible for people to control their physiological and psychological processes, yet few of us have cleared ourselves enough to access these abilities. Thus, self-healing is important--we need to feel in charge of our own healing process--or rather, deeply aligned with our own process--and to be able to regulate our own energies. Donna Eden's Energy Medicine teaches self-healing exercises but it seems to lack something--perhaps it is the comprehensiveness that Qi Gong provides and perhaps because it is auric and chinese medicine modified to make sense to Westerners. Any thoughts?
